Intermost, Interact Commerce Team On China eCRM
Updated · Feb 05, 2001
HONG KONG–Intermost Corporation, an enterprise e-commerce solutions provider focused on
Greater China, has announced it has signed a strategic alliance agreement
with US software developer Interact Commerce Corporation, a provider of mid-market
electronic customer relation management software, to jointly develop the e-CRM
market in Greater China.
The companies say China's eventual entry into the WTO will likely accelerate growth and
usage of this strategic software, which allows firms to increase revenues by retaining a
greater portion of existing customers. They say their alliance will serve to
establish a set of branded, quality products as this market grows.
“We are pleased to be able to work closely with Intermost in the deployment of our CRM
solution, SalesLogix2000,” said Mr. Poh Cheung and Mr. Su Xing, of Interact Commerce.
“The Chinese market is moving ahead very quickly and we hope to be able to support that
growth with our software solutions and services.” The two added they expect
local spending on CRM technology to grow rapidly in the coming year.
