DARIEN, CT–Internet World/eCRM Spring 2001 will take place March 12-16 at the Los Angeles
Convention Center, according to the event's producer, Penton Media. The business media
company says 50,000 attendees will visit more than 500 exhibiting companies on the show
floor, who will showcase their latest Internet technologies, products and services.

Penton claims that the five-day conference will showcase the most experienced Internet executives,
technologists, developers, analysts and investors presenting a broad analysis of the latest
technologies and the best practices for e-business, and that some 500 speakers will give a
comprehensive Internet world-view in 5 days of seminars and roundtables during Internet
World week.

Internet World will be co-located with eCRM Conference & Exhibition, a four-day conference
that Penton says takes a comprehensive look at the newest eCRM strategies, processes,
technologies and culture and targets thousands of executives in charge of integrating
Internet-based CRM, SFA, and marketing automation applications with datamarts, corporate
intranets and legacy systems.

According to Penton, the eCRM Exhibit Hall will offer a chance to see, test and compare
hundreds of Internet-based products, services and solutions, including: Sales Force Automation
Hardware, Web Enabled Selling/e-Commerce, Data Mining/Warehousing, Customer Interaction
Center, Mass Customization and Personalization. Penton says all eCRM exhibit hall and
conference attendees are allowed free access to the Internet World Spring keynote's and
Exhibit Hall.

Internet World Spring keynote speakers include: Meg Whitman, CEO and president of eBay;
Barry Diller chairman and CEO of USA Networks; Jerry Greenberg, co-chairman and co-CEO of
Sapient, and Charles Giancarlo, Senior Vice President of Cisco Systems. eCRM features keynote
