Blue Martini Software Wednesday says it has named Robert Cell as its new chief financial officer.
Cell assumes the duties of CFO from John Calonico, who left the company earlier this month.
Most recently Cell served on Blue Martini Software's executive management team as vice president of corporate development since joining the company in 2000.
As vice president of corporate development, Cell drove strategy for the manufacturing vertical, established the company's presence in Asia Pacific, and managed the company's corporate development activities.
“We are delighted to have someone of Bob's considerable financial, technical and customer skills to lead Blue Martin Software's general administration organization,” says Blue Martini chairman and CEO Monte Zweben. “Bob's range of finance and leadership experience and company knowledge makes him an ideal person to lead our financial organization and enable us to achieve our financial goals.”
The San Mateo, Calif.-based company provides eCRM applications for marketing and selling channels.
For its fourth quarter released Wednesday, Blue Martini reported revenues of $10.1 million compared to revenues of $11.3 million in the third quarter and $27.5 million reported for the same period last year.
