Daleen Technologies Inc., specialists in revenue chain management software, announced plans to integrate its comprehensive billing functionalities with the customer relationship management (CRM) applications of the Oracle E-Business Suite. The alliance will add Daleen to the Oracle Partner Program (OPP) — a global business network of more than 12,000 companies who deliver innovative e-business solutions based on Oracle software.
Daleen's involvement with the OPP allows access to Oracle's products, education, technical services, marketing and sales support in efforts to develop an e-business solution that helps automate and manage the entire revenue chain associated with CRM, thereby eliminating manual processes. Additionally, Daleen will benefit from accessibility to Oracle's critical resources and solutions, enabling them to be more competitive in the Internet economy.
Daleen's RevChainTM Commerce zero-code client billing application can help enable tier-one service provider customers to increase the effectiveness of their CRM initiatives while providing improved time-to-revenue. Daleen's RevChain product line automates and manages service providers' revenue chains by providing functionality including service creation and management, customer management, order and fulfillment, billing and settlement across the span of the enterprise. The modular RevChain software suites are pre-engineered to meet the service requirements and standards of specific industries.
“Our partnership with Oracle will provide significant benefits for companies who need to have a true 360 degree view of their customer and who have complex billing requirements,” said James Daleen, chairman and chief executive officer for Daleen. “We look forward to working closely with Oracle to help provide our customer a leading-edge solution.”
Headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla., Daleen also has offices in the Netherlands and London.
