Customer relationship solution provider, Quaero, LLC, announced the release of a new product designed to help key decision-makers make fully informed software choices, quickly. Quaero CM Advisor™, a three-week campaign management software selection service, enables marketing and technology executives to make efficient and informed decisions before heavily investing in campaign management tools.
The US $25,000 package combines industry research with knowledge from experienced marketing and technology experts to deliver a list of recommended software vendors that should be included in evaluation, as well as the necessary materials to test, organize and rate the vendors. The service includes a strategic assessment of an organization's business and campaign needs through critical discovery, development and delivery phases.
At the end of the three-week campaign, a final summary document, outlining the rationale for the recommended tool selections, and Quaero's in-depth report on Campaign Management Software: Comparative Analysis and access to its Web-based Interactive Decision Tool will be delivered.
“Quaero CM Advisor™ is dedicated to helping organizations make better, faster and more cost-effective decisions regarding campaign management software. Our methodology eliminates the confusion surrounding Campaign Management tools and helps our clients expedite the decision-making process,” said Quaero President, Paul Becker.
Quaero couples CRM expertise analytics and technology expertise to companies in financial services, retail, e-business, communications and health care to develop long and profitable customer relationships. Quaero's client list includes Sallie Mae, TRACFONE Wireless, Inc., Mellon/Dreyfus, priceline.com, Forrester Research, JP Morgan Chase and The Limited.
