vice presidents: Mark Bannon, sales; and Matthew Luckett, corporate development.

“Matt and Mark have successful track records in strategic management and corporate development that strengthen our team as we continue to forge strong customer

Prior to Phonetic, Bannon was vice president of global sales and technical services at IPHighway. He has also held executive management positions at SoftLinx, Big

He has 20 years experience in the strategic management of worldwide sales, channel development, customer support, product marketing, and marketing

Luckett was previously the director of business development at 12 Entrepreneuring. Before that, he was a principal and equity research analyst for Wit SoundView
where he participated in software financings and helped to generate more than $20 million in commissions and fees.

Luckett began his career as a Gartner Group analyst.

Phonetic is privately held and recently raised $37.5 million in financing to expand into overseas markets. The company's technology is used in directory assistance,
voice-driven automated attendant, call routing, information retrieval in portals, and customer service sites.
