Germans who utilize their online postal service, Deutsche Post, will be receiving more personalized service, thanks to CRM solutions from Art Technology Group, Inc. (ATG). The site will use the ATG Enterprise Commerce Suite, the ATG Consumer Commerce Suite and ATG relationship management framework to centrally manage its small- to medium-sized business customers. Online self-service features include order and delivery services for stamps, letters and parcels; free services such as searching for post offices and zip codes; and form downloads.

“Deploying our online activities on a single relationship management framework gives us the ability to implement our strategy in an efficient and consistent manner,” explains Dirk Hagemann, project manager for Deutsche Post AG. “We are happy that, thanks to this user-friendly technology, our business managers are able to handle the integrated control of their online and offline activities.”
