Banter Hosts Webinar
Updated · Sep 20, 2001
San Francisco-based Banter Inc., developer of intelligent communication technologies, will present an online seminar (or “Webinar”) entitled, “Taking CRM to the Next Level: Making Automation Work.” Scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2001 at 8:30 AM PDT, the Webinar will feature analysts from Forrester Research and will focus on properly evaluating the technology behind CRM systems, and why conventional solutions don't meet the needs of businesses that rely on Web-based customer interaction.
This Webinar is the second in an ongoing series of online events presented by Banter. The first event, “The Future of Web-based Self-Service: Looking Through the Crystal Ball,” was held August 16, and featured Esteban Kolsky of the Gartner Group and Yoram Nelken, founder and chief technology officer at Banter. Participants in the first Webinar learned how Web-based self-service plays a critical role in creating positive customer interaction.
The topic of the third Webinar, targeted for the fourth quarter of 2001, will be borne out of the ongoing discussion on September 25. Banter's series of Webinars are free upon registration.
