Citizens Business Bank Catches Firstwave
Updated · May 17, 2001
Citizens Business Bank, the largest bank headquartered in the Inland Empire area of California, has chosen a customer relationship management (CRM) solution provided by Firstwave® Technologies, Inc.
The Web-based solution — Firstwave eCRMTM — will supply an expense tracking system to the bank's 140 users and enhance the sales and customer service processes.
"We were very selective in choosing a CRM tool and provider," said Jay Coleman, executive vice president, Sales and Service Division, Citizens Business Bank. "We are a business-to-business bank and not many CRM solutions address these unique needs. Firstwave was the only vendor that met all of our requirements."
Firstwave eCRM's strengths lie in its ease of use, customization, rapid deployment and ability to allow users to share information throughout an organization. These Web-based capabilities met the commitment to customer focus that is included in Citizens Business Banks mission and core values. The bank places an emphasis on seeking new methods to employ the latest technology to enhance its operations and make the organization more efficient and effective.
Citizens Business Bank serves businesses, professionals and individuals through 30 conveniently located offices in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
