Ecommerce, ERP and CRM solution provider, Ignify, has announced full interoperability of the company's eCommerce platform with two online services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP through the launch of its new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portal called eCommerce for Microsoft Dynamics. As reported in this SF Gate
article, the service delivers a viable and streamlined approach for expediting day-to-day operations and increasing online sales without the need for large capital expenditures on infrastructure and equipment costs commonly required when hosting storefronts in-house.
“eCommerce for Microsoft Dynamics is a subscription-based eCommerce service, offering businesses a comprehensive online storefront that seamlessly interoperates with the Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Commerce Services and Payment Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The service delivers a viable and streamlined approach for expediting day-to-day operations and increasing online sales without the need for large capital expenditures on infrastructure and equipment costs commonly required when hosting storefronts in-house. Customers login with a unique ID from any computer, smartphone or device with access to the Internet.
“Once logged on, the customer can manage all aspects of their online business ranging from adding and removing items and adjusting prices, hiding products not in stock and addressing inventory issues, coordinating cross-selling and other promotions including social media outreach, viewing orders and shipping statuses, and gain a detailed look into customer buying behaviors. Because eCommerce for Microsoft Dynamics is an extension of Ignify eCommerce, the service addresses online fraud and major security concerns by meeting all requirements specified in the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA DSS) set by the PCI Security Standards Council.”
