Magazine Celebrates 20th Year, First Conference

Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine, published by Technology Marketing Corp. (TMCTM), will launch their first annual Customer Inter@ction SolutionsTM (CIS) Conference and Expo, July 18-20 in Atlanta at the Cobb Galleria.
The conference will focus on contact center technology, management, customer relationship management (CRM), e-sales and e-service solutions. Key features of the (CIS) Conference and Expo include:
- Vendors and exhibitors — Aspect Communications, CASS Business Telephone Systems, Alorica, Inc., FrontRange Solutions, eshare communications, Symon Communications, Merrill Lynch, ClickDotCare, Intelogistics Corporation and The Customer Group, among others.
- Keynote speakers — Aleksander Szlam, founder, chairman of the board and CEO, eshare communications and Troy E. Lynch, executive vice president and COO,

- Half-day workshops — focusing on contact center funding options and building a business-to-business marketplace to increase efficiency.
According to Rich Tehrani, conference co-chairman and group publisher at TMC, the CIS Conference and Expo is intended to bring together industry leaders in an intimate setting. “This conference will prove to be the industry's No. 1 event dedicated to helping you make the most of every interaction with your customers. This event will help you to gain the knowledge you need to operate a first-class customer contact center utilizing the solutions you'll see at the show,” predicted Tehrani.
As an added note, Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine celebrates its 20th anniversary year in July. The magazine, formerly C@LL CENTER CRM Solutions, has been in existence since 1982, providing comprehensive news, technology insights, reviews and information to the CRM, e-sales/e-service and teleservices industries. To mark the milestone anniversary, the magazine will introduce a new monthly feature titled “Re: Locations.” The new section will be dedicated to reporting on economic development issues of vital interest to the contact center industry and will highlight news of recent contact center expansions, incentives offered by various locales, co-location opportunities and labor statistics.
