Mountz US Selects NetSuite CRM Software
Updated · Mar 25, 2010
Mountz Incorporated has replaced its internal business software infrastructure with NetSuite's subscription-based offering.
"It was a bold step, but we decided to outsource our complete IT infrastructure to NetSuite,' says Gregg Johnson, Mountz CFO. ‘We did two pilot tests first, one with three users and one with 10, and the software worked. So we put the entire company on NetSuite,'" writes TMCnet's David Sims.
"Since then, Johnson estimates his company is saving custom development and hardware costs of more than $100,000 per year," Sims writes. "Now with 62 NetSuite users, Mountz has automated formerly manual processes such as sales force reporting, order creation, product allocation, and pick-list printing — and downsized from 12 servers to three."
