Siebel, PwC Consulting Merge eBusiness Solutions
Building on their existing relationship, Siebel Systems, Inc. , the San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of eBusiness applications software and PwC Consulting, a business of PricewaterhouseCoopers, today announced they will bring together Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) applications and PwC Consulting's new B2E (Business to Extended Enterprise) initiative to joint customers.
PwC Consulting will offer services as part of its B2E solution set to support Siebel ERM 7, Siebel Systems' e suite of employee facing applications designed to increase employee productivity through streamlining information and content management, training and education, team collaboration and support.

Our collaboration on hundreds of joint projects around the world has generated meaningful business results for our clients,” says Jeff Jordan, a partner in PwC Consulting's Customer Relationship Management practice and global leader for its alliance with Siebel Systems.
“Siebel eBusiness Applications are core components of our recently launched CRM ACCEL solution set — the first live, end-to-end solution that harmonizes new and traditional customer channels with back office systems,” he adds.
The alliance between PwC Consulting and Siebel Systems has been built around Siebel eBusiness applications, the firm's family of eBusiness applications software.
Both firms say that in expanding their relationship to include Siebel ERM builds on their initial alliance with PwC Consulting's consulting experience, systems integration and IT services enabling it to plan, design and build B2E solutions.
Similarly, Siebel Systems' participation in PwC Consulting's B2E solution set will help it deliver customized and scalable business solutions to organizations.
