SMS Buys Bright Blue

The company has been looking for an opportunity to acquire Oracle Siebel CRM and business intelligence capabilities for two years.
SMS Management and Technology has acquired Oracle specialist Bright Blue Solutions.
"SMS CEO Tom Stianos said it had been looking to obtain Oracle Siebel CRM and business intelligence capabilities for two years," writes Computerworld's Trevor Clarke.
"Bright Blue is expected to be integrated into SMS within three months, with its managing director Lachlan Hanly to take on the CRM practice," Clarke writes. "Bright Blue co-owners and founders, David Wong and Matthew Yoon will also take up roles with SMS."
