Surebridge Inc., the Lexington, Mass-based provider of outsourced enterprise application solutions, today announced CRM, ERP and eBusiness customer wins at the close of a positive third quarter for the firm.
Surebridge is celebrating its new clients that include; Cramer, Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, Virtua Health and the World Trade Center Boston, together with several recent business successes, including:
— The launch of its PeopleSoft Version 8 Upgrade Program, an implementation methodology designed to help customers reduce upgrade time and costs. Since the beginning of 2001, the new program has contributed to 40 percent growth of Surebridge's PeopleSoft practice area.
— Surebridge's support of Siebel 7, the seventh release of Siebel System's Siebel eBusiness Applications. Surebridge offers application deployment, upgrade services, and secure hosting and application management for the platform.
— The launch of ClientBridge, its customer service Web portal is designed to provide customers with an additional level of visibility for daily management of application hosting services. Surebridge says it has reinforced its commitment to customer service.
Surebridge is also lauding its recognition among industry analysts. Reports from IDC, Hurwitz Group and the Aberdeen Group, have commented favorably on the firm's successful business model and its partnership choices, such as in Aberdeen Group's profile of Surebridge's ERP engagement with Context Integration in its report, ‘Implementation Success: Taking the ASP Fork in the Road.'
According to IDC's ASP Leadership Grid report, worldwide spending on ASP services is expected to increase steadily from under $1 billon in 2000 to $23.9 billion in 2005. Says Jessica Goepfert, senior research analyst at IDC: “Those ASPs that possess not only the right combination of software and services but also the brand, resources and successful channel strategies will win the most deals.” Goepfert argues that Surebridge has been focused and customer-centric, earning it a position in IDC's ASP Leadership Grid.
Surebridge's new customers will be leveraging the firm's technologies and that of its partners. Cramer, a strategic marketing communications services company, is using Siebel eBusiness applications for its customer relationship management. Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, a community social services agency, is using Microsoft Great Plains for its financials management.
Similarly, Virtual Health, a health care provider in southern New Jersey, is using a hosted PeopleSoft solution to aid human resources, payroll and benefits systems, while The World Trade Center Boston, a Fidelity business unit operating both the trade center and Seaport Hotel in Boston, is using a hosted Solomon solution to ensure uptime of its financial systems.
Steve Bearden, vice president, hospitality technology of the World Trade Center Boston, says Surebridge was chosen as an outsource ERP solution because of its support and management expertise, unmatched by internal IT staff: “Surebridge's ability to cost-effectively manage our solution enables us to focus on the strategic and operational needs of our business,” he says.
“Surebridge has worked hard to ensure that we continue to offer value added application solutions to customers, resulting in our continued growth,” says Stephanie Khurana, CEO of Surebridge Inc. She argues that the firm's success in Q3 is a result of provision of cost-effective solutions and strategic IT guidance to our customers, allowing them to focus on their core business.
