Wall Street Access Picks LivePerson for Customer Assistance

New York-based brokerage firm Wall Street Access today announced that it has implemented the LivePerson real-time assistance Chat product into its online customer systems.
The agreement with LivePerson will enable Wall Street Access to more efficiently manage online account inquiries, providing customers with quicker access to account information.
The firm's customers will now be able to chat in real time with customer services agents on a secure line, thus obtaining fast access to account information without having to make a phone call. LivePerson Chat lets customer service agents interact with several customers at once, field new customer conversations, or transfer conversations to other representatives.
