Watch Hill Adds Wireless, CRM Vets

Watch Hill Partners, a Providence, R.I., consulting firm specializing in customer relationship management and wireless
services, has made two hires: David Berndt, director of the mobile solutions group; and Leslie Talbot, director of business development.

professionals,” said Brad Waugh, Watch Hill's CEO “I'm confident these two additions to the executive team will further strengthen that advantage.”
Previously, Berndt was the director of wireless mobile technologies atYankee Group, a Boston market researcher. There, he led consulting projects, authored
dozens of published articles, and delivered speeches and presentations to technical and financial audiences.
Before Yankee Group, Berndt managed wireless and mobile strategy development for Ford Motor Company.
Talbot has15 years of sales and marketing experience, most recenlty at Akibia Consulting. As New England regional sales she oversaw three vertical practices in the
consulting division's highest-producing territory, driving 75 percent of the organization's revenues over a three year period. Waugh is also an Akibia vet.
Before Akibia, Talbot held sales posts at Fidelity Investments and Thomson Financial Services, where she helped launch new business initiatives focused on
enterprise software and financial information services.
Watch Hill Partners is privately held and venture-backed. The company recently landed a project from Rhode Island Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Watch Hill targets financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals customers in the ranks of the Fortune 1000. Most of its business is in New England and New York.
